Thursday Tourneys: Dhirendra Kumar, Vishal Madan, Shardul Parthasarathi & Kunal Patni decimated the virtual felts

Here’s a quick recap of all the action that unfolded on Thursday night on virtual felts –

Adda52

Adda52’s flagship tourney the ₹30 Lac GTD Godfather suffered a sizeable overlay of ₹1.20 Lac after registering 576 entries. Dhirendra ‘Dhiru006’ Kumar shipped the tourney for ₹7.05 Lac after decimating a fiercely competitive FT which had former IOPC Millionaire champion Srihari ‘zombieballs’ Bang. Srihari Bang banked ₹4.11 Lac for his runner up finish. Sam ‘lokimon’ Anand took home ₹2.73 Lac for the third-place finish.

Dhirendra Kumar finished runner up in the Godfather only two weeks ago for ₹4.11 Lakhs, and this is his first flagship title win. He made another final tabled appearance last night –

  • Fifth in the Ultron on Spartan Poker for ₹1.24 Lac

The ₹5 Lac GTD Table For 6 was shipped by a mystery user ‘Brainny’ for ₹1.40 Lakhs.

₹2 Crores GTD Game Changer played its second starting flight on Thursday. The Day 1A witnessed 855 entries and Day 1B also managed to clock 814 entries (547 unique and 267 re-entries). The tourney has clocked 1,669 entries in two days.

Out of 814 entries on Day 1B only 83 survived the day’s play. PokerGuru Ambassador Laksh ‘boomtlt23’ Pal Singh (532,000) finished as the top stack holder Followed by Singh was ‘5pranay’ (453,000), Vikash ‘Mantvik’ Mantri (357,000) and PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish ‘rocky3705’ Ahuja (344,000) on the next spots.

The overlay nightmare for PokerStars continued on Thursday as ₹50 Lac GTD INCOOP – 157 Super Highroller experienced a massive overlay of ₹4.75 Lac after registering 181 entries (115 unique and 66 re-entries). Kunal ‘iAlwaysHaveit’ Patni came on top of the field after almost eight hours of play and banked ₹8.31 Lac. Ujjwal ‘CougarHunter69’ Narwal took home ₹7.39 Lac for the runner up finish while PokerGuru Ambassador Ashish ‘chipcharity999’ Munot finished 3rd for ₹7.16 Lac.

₹6 Lakhs GTD INCOOP-159 The Classic was shipped by Vishal ‘DeadGrinder1’ Madan for ₹1.15 Lac. His heads-up rival Myron ‘khAAbib’ Pereira also banked ₹1.15 Lac.

SpartanPoker

₹25 Lac GTD The Ultron was reduced to ₹18 Lac GTD on Thursday night. The event managed to create a prize pool of ₹20.88 Lac after clocking 522 registrations. Mystery crusher ‘crockroax021,’ came on top of the field to ship the tourney for ₹3.82 Lac. ‘H0PE’ finished runner-up for ₹2.83 Lac.

Shardul ‘Faucet Failure’ Parthasarathi finished third for ₹1.94 Lac while Raghav ‘thatssosick’ Bansal finished fourth for ₹1.57 Lac.

₹7.5 Lac Monster Stack was shipped by ‘Stalin_spartan’ for ₹1.52 Lac after a heads up deal with Amar ‘PsykoEko’ B. Iyer who finished runner-up for ₹1.35 Lac.

‘W@rCry’ shipped the ₹4.5 Lac GTD UVS #18 for ₹65,070 following a three-way deal with ‘Ottomanrebels’ (runner up for ₹60,509) and ‘arcadiaaa’ (3rd for ₹59,595).
