Tuesday Tourneys: Shardul Parthasarthi, Ashutosh Balodhi & Anmol Mehta made two FT finishes

The action on virtual felts is mostly slow on Monday and Tuesday. Spartan Poker’s Ultimate Value Series kicked off last night, but most of the tourneys suffered an overlay.

Here’s a quick recap –

Adda52

The marquee event on Adda52, ₹15 Lac GTD The Mint suffered an overlay of ₹58,000 after clocking 412 entries. A mystery player ‘pritam1301‘ came on top of the field and banked ₹3.72 Lac. Sanat ‘mehro2511’ Mehrotra took home ₹2.25 Lac for his runner-up finish.

The ₹2 Lac GTD Quad KO was won by ‘PsychGOD’ for ₹58,968) while ‘bewater’ championed the ₹2 Lac GTD Afternoon Adda for ₹54000.

PokerBaazi

The ₹15 Lac GTD Endeavour managed to create the advertised guaranteed prize pool after 433 registrations. The former Millionaire Lite champion Sreekanth ‘n0thing’ Narayan decimated the field and scooped ₹3.05 Lac for the top finish. Advait ‘Ronaldinho18’ Rajguru finished runner up for ₹2.14 Lac.

PokerGuru Ambassador Ashutosh ‘senojwod’ Balodhi shipped the ₹3 Lac GTD Tuesday MonsterStack for ₹77,250. ‘lrraiserr’ finished runner-up for ₹54,090.

Balodhi made another FT finish last night and took home ₹2.74 Lac in total earnings for the day. He finished runner up in PokerStars India’s INCOOP-135 Sixth Sense for ₹1.97 Lac.

PokerStars

The ₹15 Lac GTD INCOOP-135 Sixth Sense was the marquee event on Stars on Tuesday. The event suffered a massive overlay of ₹4.56 Lac after managing 261 entries. ‘drpokerabc’ won the tourney for ₹2.74 Lac after defeating PokerGuru Ambassador Ashutosh ‘Msnugget’ Balodhi.

The ₹5 Lac GTD INCOOP-137 Uppercut Mini managed to pass the advertised guaranteed prize pool and created ₹5.62 Lac in the prize pool after registering 225 entries. Young Gun Anmol ‘Kaanchacheena’ Mehta shipped the tourney and banked ₹1.18 Lac. Jitendra ‘zxcvuiop’ Chordia took home ₹61,683 for his runner up finish.

Mehta made another final table finish last night and managed seventh-place finish in The Race for ₹23,755.

Spartan Poker

The ₹18 Lac GTD Mega Stack fell short of ₹33,000 of the advertised guarantee after clocking 589 entries. ‘Kanmoreu’ shipped the title for ₹2.77 Lac following a three-way deal with ‘kasablanka’ (2nd for ₹2.38 Lac) and Young Gun Shardul ‘Faucet Failure’ Parthasarathi (3rd for ₹2.16 Lac).

Parthasarathi made another FT finish and finished 8th in the UVS#6 – Monster Stack for ₹12,956.

The ₹7 Lac GTD The Race wrangled created a prize pool worth ₹7.16 Lac after 477 registrations. Anonymous crusher ‘FunkeyFox’ won the tourney for ₹1.39 Lac. PokerGuru Ambassador Ankit ‘Shippament’ Wadhawan finished at second place for ₹88,579 in the heads-up play.
