Monday Majors: Peushup Eugene and Ranjit Negi topped the field

After an eventful Sunday, it was time for some slow action on the virtual felts. Like always, most of the tourneys experienced a sizeable overlay on Monday. PokerBaazi cancelled all its event scheduled post 7:00 PM  due to maintenance issues.

Here’s the full scoop –

Adda52

The 10 Lac GTD Inception was the marquee event on Adda52 last night. The tourney suffered an overlay of Rs 27,200 after 304 registrations. Peushup ‘peushup’ Eugene won the title and walked away with Rs 2.06 Lac as the top prize. ‘ganu12’  finished runner up and took home Rs 2.02 Lac.

Ranjeet ‘rj147’ Negi championed The 3 Lac GTD Hexagram for Rs 65,455 after a three-way deal with ‘gaurav_libra4’ (Rs 62,101 for second-place finish) and Aarchit ‘Aarchit’ Dhadwal (Rs 51,694 for third-place finish)

Negi also final tabled PokerStars India’s Battle Royale and scooped for his sixth-place finish Rs 21,880.

The 6 Lac GTD Battle Royale was the marquee event on Stars last night. The tourney experienced an overlay of Rs 42,500 after clocking 223 entries. Anonymous user ‘cutymannu89’ won the title and took home Rs 1.42 Lac. ‘kosmoz21’ finished runner up and scooped Rs 72,407. Vikram ‘GreenSTUFF79’ Mishra won Rs 44,061 for a third-place finish.

The 2.5 Lac GTD The Classic Monday suffered an overlay of Rs 48,000 after 101 registrations. ‘drpokerabc’ shipped the title for Rs 51,105 after a heads-up deal with Shailesh ‘ArithemeticMean’ Patel who came second for Rs 49,680.

SpartanPoker

The 2,200 buy-in tourney – The 10 Lac GTD ReCharge fell short of Rs 22,000 after 489 registrations. Anonymous user ‘CRED’ came on top of the field to claim the title and scooped Rs 2 Lac. ‘Mojji’ finished runner-up for Rs 1.31 Lac.

The 6 Lac GTD Flash crossed the advertised guaranteed prize pool after 592 registrations. Mystery user Kamran ‘aamaadmi’ Alam won the title for Rs 90,623 after a three-way deal with ‘wcr185’ (second for Rs 79,736) and ‘Ayeronic’ (third for Rs 77,199).
