Spartan Poker
Last night the highlight tourney on Spartan Poker was the 60 Lakhs GTD IOPC #62 The Elite with Rs.11000 buy-ins. The tourney registered 738 entries, of which Ashish Ahuja championed the field by taking the title and Rs.11.69 lakhs to his credit. Yohan Patel came in close second taking home Rs.11.52 lakhs.
The next tourney which turned a lot of heads was the 18 lakhs GTD IOPC #61 TGIF. The flagship successfully roped in 1539 entries crushing the advertised guarantee to Rs.23.08 lakhs. Defeating the competition Dhall claimed his throne on the title after defeating Anuj Yadav in an intense heads-up where the former added Rs.4.27 lakhs to his bankroll and the latter had to be satisfied with Rs.2.60 lakhs listed to his credit.
PokerBaazi
The 10 lakhs GTD The Ridge tourney at PokerBaazi garnered 295 entries. Crushing the competition to pieces, Sreekanth Narayan claimed the title for Rs.2.21 lakhs. ‘Simsim’ became the runner-up taking home Rs.1.55 lakhs.
Adda52
The 20 lakhs GTD APF, The Ballers tourney, was scheduled at 8 pm last night at Adda52. It registered 364 successful entries. After hours of grinding, Surbhit Grover defeated his fierce competitor Himanshu Bagdwal in an intense heads-up where the former took home Rs.6.23 lakhs while the latter had to be satisfied with Rs.3.77 lakhs added to his bankroll.
PokerStars India
Finally last night the long tradition of overlays broke with 10 lakhs GTD Uppercut Magic Edition tourney. The tourney had 254 entries which helped to override the advertised guarantee by just Rs.16000. After almost 7 hours of grinding, Aman Bhadu after defeating Srihari Bang, flipped the flagship in his favour, taking home Rs.1.95 lakhs.
