Meet PPL High Roller Indian winner Shashank ‘Westworld’ Jain

The table has started turning since the beginning of the PokerBaazi Premier League (PPL) tournaments. The most prominent PPL began at the PokerBaazi LIVE poker room onboard the floating Casino Pride 2 in Goa. The first event winner gets the PPL #35 High Roller 6-Max INR70 Lakhs GTD which was held on October 7. An impressive player Shashank ‘Westworld’ Jain has crowned the event bagging a huge amount of INR 15.46 Lakhs.

Jain made it to the first spot by eliminating Sreekanth ‘n0thing’ Narayan and  Anish ‘Illusionist’ Patra heads-up. However, all the eyes were on the former Baazi Poker Tour (BPT) Main Event champion Puneet ‘neo1’ Dua who had a stack of 34% of the total chips. Jain eliminated dua was in the third place and gave his personal best at a domestic event.

Kicked off on September 26, PPL High Roller recorded 271 entries (179 unique and 92 re-entries) with a buy-in equivalent to INR 27,500.
